Cheese Rice Krispies Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 sticks butter
  • ½ lb (2 cups) sharp shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Melt butter in small saucepan. Put cheese in a large mixing bowl. Remove butter from heat and pour over cheese. Add Rice Kripies and flour to the mix and work with your hands to mix. Make small balls. Place on cookie sheet and press with fork to flatten. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
